1Sözleşme maddeleri

• Payment must be received within 30 days; otherwise, a late fee of 5 percent will apply.

  Ödeme 30 gün içinde yapılmalıdır; aksi takdirde yüzde 5 gecikme bedeli uygulanır.
• The tenant may keep a pet provided that written permission is obtained.

  Kiracı, yazılı izin alınması şartıyla evcil hayvan besleyebilir.
• Should either party wish to end the agreement, it must give 60 days' notice.
